The Orie

In 2024, a brand-new condominium in Toa Payoh's Lorong 1 will open in a desirable location in one of Singapore's oldest and most established neighbourhoods, Toa Payoh. With a maximum gross floor area of 66,121 square meters, about 800 residential units could be constructed on the 5,743 square meter plots in Lorong 1 Toa Payoh.

City Developments Ltd. (CDL), Frasers Property, and Sekisui House formed a consortium that bid S$968 million, or S$1,360 per square foot per person, to secure the third site at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh. Bids for the plot were also received from two other groups: GuocoLand and CapitaLand Development.
